We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Functional Consultant to join our team at Aretiforce | B Corp®. As a senior member of our team, you'll be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce applications to meet client requirements, translating business needs into detailed functional specifications, and providing ongoing support and training to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet client needs
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users
  • Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom features and integrations
  • Assist in the development and delivery of Salesforce training sessions
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Functional Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or similar certification
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
