Strategic Growth Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Delivery Director, responsible for reviewing and implementing a client's strategy for growth and diversity.
You will be working closely with the Head of Programmes and Portfolio to ensure that the client response and named activities are fit for purpose.
As a leader, you will be expected to drive the development of the Community Grants Programme, ensuring it operates and delivers effectively.
The successful candidate will have experience of developing and building strategy, line management of hybrid teams, and working collaboratively in a matrix style to deliver results.
Key responsibilities include:
