Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to advance your career in the property sector? We have an exciting opportunity for an Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Magnus James, a specialist recruiter for the property industry.


As an Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for arranging property viewings, negotiating sales and lets, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will also be responsible for carrying out administration duties from start to move in, liaising with customers to answer any queries they have, and registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Arranging property viewings
  • Negotiating sales and lets
  • Listening to potential buyers and tenants requirements and finding the best suited property
  • Carrying out administration duties from start to move in
  • Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
  • Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained


We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets, experience across either sales, lettings or both, and strong written and verbal communication skills. A full UK driving license with access to a car is essential, and recent experience working within the property sector would be advantageous.
