About the Role

The Credit Controller plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing customer payments and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving payment issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively chase overdue invoices via phone and email within agreed timescales.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all credit control-related issues.
  • Meet cash targets and minimize bad debt.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Administer Direct Debit payments and reconcile accounts.
  • Input data accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and administration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Strong IT skills, with a focus on Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
