Electrical Design Engineer

Reed Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping our electrical engineering strategy, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies and systems that enhance efficiency and support our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a range of projects, providing technical engineering advice, including data gathering, analysis, design, and preparation of documents.
- Develop and improve engineering standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Legislation and Quality Management Systems.
- Maintain and develop Continued Professional Development (CPD), mentor and coach developing engineers, and function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) when directed.
- Qualified to Degree/HNC/HND level in a relevant engineering subject or have equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Experience of providing technical advice and influencing the delivery of successful engineering outcomes.
- Experience and/or understanding of electrical engineering design, systems, and technologies, i.e. Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Detailed Design, Building Information Modelling (BIM), and intelligent Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) systems.
- Hold a current Full UK driving licence.
