Civil engineering contractor seeking a skilled and motivated Contracts Manager to join their fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of contractual terms, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schemes to achieve the highest standards, maintaining the company's reputation
- Work closely with the team to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop and implement effective contracts management strategies
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- GCSEs minimum 7 A-C / 5-9, including Maths and English
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Contracts Manager
- Proven experience working on residential groundwork schemes
- Excellent PC skills, particularly Excel
