Robert Walters is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join their dynamic finance team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company's finance function, with significant opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and own the process of full Group consolidation working in conjunction with the Group Finance Manager.
  • Be responsible for the production of multiple sets of financial statements within the Group.
  • Work with external auditors and other Finance leaders to plan and run a smooth audit cycle.
  • Carry out Corporation tax workings and submissions to Tax partners.
  • Compile and submit monthly VAT returns ensuring smooth reporting to HMRC.
  • Ensure business compliance with all statutory responsibilities.
  • Support the design and implementation of a robust control environment focussed on risk management.
  • Prepare additional reports and execute additional projects as required by business needs.
Requirements:
  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified with at least 5 years PQE.
  • Previous experience managing a team.
  • Experience working with group consolidations with complicated group structures.
  • Experience dealing with both Corporation Tax and VAT.
  • Strong understanding of control and process design, testing, and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, collaboration, and relationship building.
