Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Bread Making Expert to join our team and take on a key leadership role in our bakery. As a Bread Making Expert, you will be responsible for proving and baking items for our displays, as well as mentoring and training other team members to achieve our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prove and bake items for our displays
- Mentor and train other team members to achieve our high standards
- Know our products and recipes inside out
Requirements:
- A passion for baking and a commitment to delivering high-quality food
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
