Ernest and Florent, a dynamic cost and project management consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Central London. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in leading projects and developing junior staff, with a clear progression pathway within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce cost plans and advise on cost options
  • Prepare tender documents and contract administration
  • Negotiate and agree interim valuations, variations, and final accounts

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Experience in Residential projects, ideally with a private practice or consultancy
  • Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge
  • Excellent attitude and team player
