Job Title: Meat Cutter Professional

Location: Telford

We are seeking an experienced Meat Cutter Professional to join our team at Staffline Group. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing various cuts of meat according to customer preferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meats: Ensure all meats are trimmed, sliced, and packaged correctly
  • Maintain cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
  • Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts
  • Food safety: Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Butcher in a food production environment
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of different meat types and cuts
  • Skill: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Certification: Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
