At CV Library, we are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be based in Barking, where they will work closely with our Commercial Director to drive the success of our social housing projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in external works and a qualification in a related field. They will be responsible for managing cash flow, minimizing costs, and maximizing value through proactive analysis and facilitation of works packages.
