Job Description:

A Multidisciplinary Tradesperson is required to join our client in South Derbyshire, working on a temporary ongoing contract with an hourly rate of £18 + mileage.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled individual to undertake various tasks including domestic repairs and maintenance, roofing repairs and maintenance work, and basic work of other trades such as joinery, plumbing, tiling, vinyl flooring, roofing, plastering, and bricklaying.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to domestic repairs and maintenance requests
  • Completing roofing repairs and maintenance work
  • Carrying out basic work of other trades
  • Using a PDA or paper-based reporting systems
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and H&S requirements
Requirements:
  • Driver's License and own vehicle
  • Experience working within social housing (desirable)
  • Ability to carry out roofing repairs and maintenance
