About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Change and Communication Lead to join our team at Thames Water. As a key member of our Inventory Management programme team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Business Change Management, including establishing a Business Change Management capability, identifying and delivering business change activities, and advising on best practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Change Management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. They will also have a strong understanding of the water industry and its challenges.

The salary for this role is £78 per hour, depending on skills and experience. A full UK Driving License is required for this position.
