Role Overview


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the region. This exciting opportunity requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parcels.


Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver parcels to customers across the region, using our fleet of vehicles and route-planning technology tools.
  • Prep your van and workload for the day, ensuring that each parcel is delivered to the right place at the right time.
  • Interact with customers, providing excellent customer service and acting as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements



  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Upbeat, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Organised and punctual with great initiative.
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Happy to work in the afternoon and early evenings.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
