Finance Leader: Drive Excellence in Central Finance

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our dynamic team in London.

As a Director of Central Finance, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team striving for excellence. You will actively drive projects to automate central processes and enable the production of financial analysis. Your role will also involve consolidating financials and presenting them in an engaging way to Executive leadership.

You will work closely with technical and non-technical audiences, supporting teams in realizing financial objectives and optimizing capital allocation. We require someone with strong generalist experience across core finance activities, including business partnering, capital allocation (FP&A), budget management, actuals management, business case development, modeling, and project coordination.

A Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and a strong background across one of or a combination of Banking, Consulting, Fintech, Tech, and/or adjacent industries are essential. MBA, CFA, or CPA qualifications are highly desirable. Experience in an International or Pan-European environment is also beneficial.
