Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Product Management team. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions that meet our customers' needs. Your primary responsibility will be to use appropriate elicitation methods to identify business requirements for each piece of work undertaken.

  • Manage the product backlog and ensure it is refined with sufficient sprint-ready user stories for the next sprint planning session
  • Define features and obtain sizing from the scrum teams

  • Provide written release content notes to support wider internal and external communication on what has been delivered.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Business Analyst/Product Management role, ideally within the technology or transport and logistics industry
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions by understanding client requirements and working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with data modeling techniques for requirements elicitation and analysis
  • Strong negotiation skills and able to challenge client requirements within reason
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills and excellent stakeholder management
  • Ability to explain business domain working into technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with visualization methods (e.g., storyboards, prototypes)
  • Experience with validation methods (e.g., solution playback)
  • Understanding and knowledge of product management/business analyst processes (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, traceability)
  • Positive, can-do attitude and able to work autonomously
  • Full UK driving license
