Warehouse Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team in Larkhall. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient storage and distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Get involved with all aspects of the warehouse and distribution process, including goods in, stock relocation, preparing goods for despatch and loading vehicles.
• Operate mechanical handling equipment, such as pallet trucks and forklift trucks, to relocate goods within the warehouse and production areas.
• Prepare goods for despatch, ensuring high levels of order accuracy.
• Use a hand-held scanning system to manage stock inventory accurately.
• Handle and complete goods in/despatch related documentation.
• Contribute to general housekeeping duties.

Requirements

• A solid work history and a can-do approach to work.
• Experience working within a warehouse and distribution environment.
• Ability to thrive in an active, fast-paced environment, while delivering elevated levels of accuracy.
• A current, up-to-date Counterbalance forklift licence with at least six months' practical driving experience.
