The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in a Sous Chef position and be passionate about food, with a particular interest in Scottish cuisine and utilizing local produce. The ideal candidate will be living in Scotland or willing to relocate to Aberdeen, and be ready to take on a new challenge.
