Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Chorley, UK. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults living with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and/or autism.

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £13.50 per hour and an additional £55 for sleep-ins. You will be responsible for leading the team, organizing risk assessments, and supporting the management team to maintain high standards of support work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team by ensuring the effective and efficient running of shifts.
  • Organize and coordinate risk assessments and support plans tailored to each individual.
  • Support the management team to maintain high standards of support work.
  • Supervise, manage, and mentor support workers, helping them deliver the best care possible.
  • Act as a role model, setting the standard for the team and offering guidance when needed.
