Responsibilities
  • Carry out general caretaking duties.
  • Undertake grounds maintenance tasks.
  • Work with customers to resolve issues.
  • Complete all documents and paperwork.
  • Maintain tools and equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • British Institute Certificate in Cleaning Services (BICS).
  • Practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads.
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety legislation.
Benefits
  • £23,835 per annum (rising to £25,090 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance).
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4pm.
