About the Role

A Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Expert is the heart of our stores and counters, empowering customers to be their most beautiful selves. You'll combine artistry skills with product knowledge and build lasting connections with customers.

  • You'll work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, feeding on the buzz of success.
  • You'll build strong relationships with team members and management, contributing to a sense of teamwork.

  • You'll maintain company grooming standards, knowing what good looks like.
About You
  • An NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy is ideal.
  • Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment like beauty, retail, or FMCG is a plus.
  • You'll be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the industry and continues to grow.
  • You'll have experience applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers.
