  • Estimated salary: £58,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Nursing Team Lead Job Description:

You will be responsible for leading our nursing team, driving clinical excellence, and contributing to the development of our practice standards and protocols. As a senior member of our team, you will be expected to mentor and coach junior staff, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
