We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Programme Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our HE Construction and Built Environment programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for programme management, teaching, and providing personal academic support to our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Management: Oversee the smooth and effective delivery of the HE Construction and Built Environment programmes.
- Teaching: Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching to students, inspiring them to achieve their full potential.
- Student Support: Provide personal academic support, guiding students through their academic journey and helping them overcome any challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Participate fully in university subject-based committees and examination boards, liaise with external examiners, and implement quality assurance and enhancement processes.
- Innovation and Collaboration: Work collaboratively across UCNL and UCDon to develop innovative and creative approaches to learning and teaching, seeking out opportunities to strengthen and expand existing provision.
