We're seeking a Sales Assistant – Customer Advisor to join our team at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts, a leading outdoor retailer with a strong commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant – Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a premium shopping experience
  • Modeling company values and working collaboratively to achieve sales targets
  • Participating in training opportunities to develop product knowledge and skills
  • Maintaining a high level of store and stockroom standards
  • Identifying opportunities for add-on sales and promoting products

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour (£9.27 for under 21's)
  • A bonus of up to £750 per annum (in proportion with hours worked)
