About the Role

We are working with a well-established property management company that has been providing Leasehold, Block, and Estate Management services for over 15 years. Their expertise spans the country, and they offer a comprehensive range of services to their clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and provide detailed reports to ensure the properties are well-maintained.
  • Finance: Prepare and manage budgets, as well as maintain accurate client accounts.
  • Insurance: Ensure that all necessary insurance policies are in place, including building, directors, and officers insurance.
  • Meetings: Attend and minute EGMs, AGMs, directors', and residents' meetings to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Correspondence and Administration: Handle all correspondence and administrative tasks related to the properties, including responding to queries and resolving issues.
  • Breaches of the Lease: Identify and address any breaches of the lease, working closely with clients and contractors to resolve issues.
  • Contractors: Manage and coordinate the work of contractors, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Property Sales: Assist with the sale of properties, including the assignment of leases.
  • Complaints: Handle and resolve any complaints or issues raised by clients or residents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of property management principles and practices, as well as experience in a similar role.
