About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Greene King. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, delivering high-quality meals to our customers, and leading a team of talented chefs to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the kitchen team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement menus, ensuring they are aligned with customer preferences and meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs, ensuring they are within budget and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, ensuring the kitchen is a safe and healthy environment for our team and customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, including front-of-house, bar, and events teams.
