We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Analyst to join our Portfolio Analytics and Execution Department at Intrum UK. As an Operational Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data, managing internal data, and overseeing various operational systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage DCA reporting, including file transfers between DCAs and CRAs, and reconcile financial information.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with external servicing partners and internal customers to achieve shared goals.
- Manage file exchanges with external servicing partners and internal systems.
- Oversee the management of work queues for various operational systems.
- Ensure compliance with the FCA principle of Consumer Duty by driving good customer outcomes across all aspects of services.
- Good understanding of customer needs and a desire to resolve issues.
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or BI Analyst with a desire to grow in this field.
- Strong database skills and experience with programming languages (ideally SQL).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to support process improvements.
