We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover. As a key member of our maintenance operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing assets and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carry out mechanical Preventative Maintenance Checks on a range of machinery and mechanical equipment
  2. Understanding of Mechanical Power Press operation
  3. Basic welding & fabrication skills
  4. Understanding of Non Destructive Testing processes & techniques
  5. Ability to read & interpret Mechanical/Pneumatic & Hydraulic drawings

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a similar role in maintenance operations in Manufacturing
  2. Technical (mechanical and electrical) automotive engineering skills gained in Manufacturing
  3. Knowledge of PLC / Electrical Control / Mechanical Systems
  4. Relevant indentured or advanced modern apprenticeship
