We are looking for a Learning Enrichment Professional to provide one-to-one tuition to students who require additional support in their educational journey.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient, and able to create personalized learning plans that cater to the individual needs of each student. A therapeutic approach may also be beneficial in re-engaging students with their education. The goal is to provide structure and continued educational development, ultimately enabling pupils to return to a traditional educational setting.

In this role, you will work closely with the student and their family to develop a tailored plan that addresses their unique needs and goals. You will provide regular progress updates and adapt your approach as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-to-one tuition sessions to students
  • Assess student needs and develop personalized learning plans
  • Monitor and report on student progress
Requirements:
  • Hold QTS or equivalent tutoring experience
  • Possess UK classroom teaching experience preferred but not essential
  • Be creative, patient, and willing to think outside of the box
  • Have experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils
Eligibility:
  • Hold the right to work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child-related references
