Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a City Centre redevelopment project in York. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the project, from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Completing daily records of works, raising observations and reporting incidents
  • Producing and reviewing RAMS for all activities on site
  • Updating and reviewing the project programme for all works carried out on site
  • Ensuring inductions, RAMS briefings and toolbox talks are completed

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge and understanding of NEC4 Contracts
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills
  • IT skills
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Proven experience in managing a civil works contract and knowledge of industry standards and methodologies
  • Experience with subcontractor management and site supervision

Qualifications:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid at Work
  • CITB Temporary Works
