Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team at Prima Ardelle Associates. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, and other estate agents to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, and other estate agents to progress sales transactions
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely completion of sales
  • Work closely with the sales team to resolve any potential issues
  • Send memos, chase access calls, deal with surveyors, and renegotiate as necessary
  • Help clients complete legal paperwork
  • Organize daily workflow and prioritize tasks
  • Produce accurate completions projections for directors

Requirements:

  • Experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Previous residential sales or progression experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Good, friendly telephone manner
  • Excellent coordination skills with good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Positive, friendly attitude
