We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Themis Recruit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Credit Hire and Personal Injury law, with a proven track record of managing and handling litigated caseloads.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and handle a litigated caseload of RTA claims, with a focus on Credit Hire and Personal Injury cases.
- Proactively manage task lists and ensure the firm's case management system is used effectively.
- Ensure settled files are processed promptly and file closures are kept up to date.
- Work within the firm's standard service levels and keep various groups updated.
- Essential:
- Litigation experience
- Claimant Credit Hire experience
- Personal Injury and vehicle damage case handling experience
- Desirable:
- Experience in Fast and Multi-track claims
- In-depth knowledge of liability and quantum issues
- Proclaim experience
