Job Title: HR Advisor

At PHS Group Limited, we are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert support and guidance to our operations division, ensuring that our employees are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Absence Management: Develop and implement effective absence management strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management plans, ensuring that employees are equipped to meet business objectives.
  • Onboarding and Induction: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and induction programs to ensure that new employees are equipped to succeed in their roles.
  • Training and Development: Identify training and development needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Qualifications: Degree or qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR, preferably in a busy multi-site sales/service organization.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of commercial principles and the ability to develop HR solutions that drive business performance.
