We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Support Associate to join our dynamic Inventory and Logistics team at Radwell UK/Canada. As an Inventory Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform cyclic inventory checks using system-generated reports to verify information on received inventory items.
- Pull and consolidate inventory items for cycle counts.
- Identify all necessary inventory changes to be performed.
- Track all findings and communicate these findings to the Warehouse and Receiving Manager.
- Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies, and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved.
- Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled.
- Assist with all necessary item identification.
- Handle all internal and external queries regarding inventory discrepancies that are brought to your attention.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
- Basic computer skills.
