Job Title: Markets Compliance Advisor, Analyst/Associate
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Markets Compliance Advisor, Analyst/Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Markets Advisory Compliance (MARK/ADV) division, you will provide expert advice on regulatory and reputational risks for our SGCIB MARK business lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • To define and implement the overall normative framework of the Compliance service and monitor its implementation effectively.
  • To deliver proactive compliance, regulatory, and reputational risk advisory services to business lines covered by the Markets Advisory Compliance team.
  • To advise on compliance and regulatory aspects of new products and participate in New Product Committees.
  • To liaise with Paris and other Compliance staff in overseas centres as required, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • To actively participate in the process of maintaining the risk cartography, ensuring that the inherent regulatory risks posed by business activity are identified and mitigated.

Requirements
  • Proven trading floor-based compliance advisory experience, preferably in markets businesses.
  • Detailed knowledge of MiFID 2, MAR, FCA, PRA, FX Global Code, and other regulatory rules.
  • Broad understanding of AMF rules is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical skills.

Compensation Package: £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and private health insurance.
