This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead complex, multidisciplinary teams and work with key clients and stakeholders to achieve their goals. The initial location for this role is flexible, but relocation may be required upon programme award to Scotland or the post holder must be prepared to spend significant time there.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving high performance, achieving complex strategic objectives, and leading large organizations in capital infrastructure projects. They will also possess advanced proficiency in navigating complexity by managing and coordinating diverse stakeholder interests, intricate regulatory frameworks, technical challenges, organizational structures, and risks associated with unforeseen events, regulatory changes, market conditions, and technological advancements.

This role requires a deep understanding of program management principles, practices, and methodologies, as well as expertise in applicable technical areas or aspects of program management in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be able to fully integrate into the client's business, guiding, transforming, and executing the delivery of all projects within the programme.
