Are you passionate about technical skills development and training delivery?

The MTC is seeking an experienced Technical Skills Development Specialist to join our Training Team based in Oxfordshire, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all physical learning resources and teaching spaces required to ensure the training and assessment of learners are achieved within guided learning hours.

Your expertise in electrical principles and industrial electrical control, motor control, and panel building will enable you to develop and deliver high-quality training content that meets the evolving needs of our learners and industry partners.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues, learners, and industry partners.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for career growth and professional development.
