Automotive Repair Consultant Job

Solus is looking for an experienced Automotive Repair Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as experience with Audatex.

Key Responsibilities
  • To record accurate and efficient repair information using Audatex.
  • To communicate effectively with customers regarding repair updates and completion times.
  • To maintain all relevant documentation to facilitate a smooth repair process.
  • To monitor vehicle progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • To negotiate estimates with Aviva Engineers when necessary.
  • To discuss claim-related issues with Aviva Engineers, promoting resolution and customer satisfaction.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is up to £45,000 basic, plus benefits, overtime, and bonuses.
