About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled International News Presenter to join our team at CGTN in Beijing, China.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TV journalism and excellent storytelling skills. He or she will be joining CGTN at a time of significant growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive news coverage with the news team.
  • Host general news shows and support other shows as needed.
  • Conduct news reports and exclusive interviews in the field and in the studio.
  • Perform live shots in the field or studio as assigned by the producer.

The successful candidate will need:

  • Native-level English skills with a valid passport.
  • 5+ years of experience as a broadcast TV news anchor, preferably in China/APAC.
  • A bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or English, preferred.

The compensation package for this role includes an estimated salary of approximately $80,000 per year.
