We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Science Analyst to join our Quantitative Analytics team. As a key member of this group, you will contribute to the development of advanced statistical models and algorithms that drive business decisions.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, 1-2 year targeted graduate programme focused on developing specialist technical expertise. You will participate in the day-to-day operations of the Quantitative Analytics (QA) group by providing analytical insights and expertise that will help our business leaders and stakeholders make informed decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Apply the latest quantitative techniques to solve business problems, including research, development, and implementation of new models and solutions.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Design, develop and support the quantitative research framework using C++, Python, and other in-house domain specific languages.
  • Train and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls.
What We're Looking For

To be considered for this programme, you must be motivated and curious with strong mathematical and programming skills, preferably in Java, C++, or Python. You should also have a knack for logical thinking and creative problem solving. Ideally, you'll have completed or be in your final year of an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification, or equivalent, in a technical discipline such as Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Economics, Statistics, Calculus, Computer Science, or other STEM subjects.
