Job Title: Environmental Health Officer - Food Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and registered Environmental Health Officer to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking food safety inspections and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct food safety inspections at businesses in Bristol
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
  • Provide guidance and support to businesses to improve their food safety practices
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve our goals

Requirements:

  • Registered Environmental Health Officer with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health
  • Degree or diploma in Environmental Health
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £35.69
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days in Bristol and 2 days working from home
