The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers with queries regarding their water bills, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve any discrepancies.
Requirements:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
