About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Countrywide Mortgage Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice on a range of mortgage products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with our Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Providing expert advice on mortgage products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate with MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
