Assembly Team Member

As a key member of our client's assembly team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to assemble products in a cost-effective and timely manner, prioritizing workload against deliverables and managing timelines to meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure incoming goods are booked into stock accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and request purchase of low stock items to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Implement procedures for product assembly, ensuring compliance with Company policies and using appropriate systems and documents.
- Manage goods in, goods out, stock, and inventory in an auditable fashion, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in an assembly environment, with a strong background in electronics assembly.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand technical specifications.
- Experience using a range of electronic and manual tools, including crimping and soldering equipment.
