About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PR Account Manager to join our team at CoCo Group. As a key member of our fashion PR agency, you will be responsible for managing strategic activities for our clients, including planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of client plans, including developing seasonal plans, launch proposals, and press trip overviews.
  • Responsible for delivering client KPIs, ensuring targets are met each month.
  • Manage the daily activities of the press office, including journalist appointments, sample send-outs, and press release schedules.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key senior press and influencer contacts.
  • Manage events, including seasonal press days, LFW/LC:M events, new season launches, and press breakfasts.
  • Lead and motivate junior members of the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage client budgets and 3rd party suppliers, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Monitor and analyze press coverage, providing regular reports to clients.
Requirements
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a PR agency, with a strong background in fashion PR.
  • Extensive contact list of senior fashion press, bloggers, and influencers.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion industry, trends, and media titles.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong computer and design skills, with experience in social media platforms.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
