At Omega Resource Group Careers, we are seeking a skilled Technical Admin Support Engineer to provide support in the creation and update of technical information.

The successful candidate will work closely with the QA Manager to develop comprehensive technical documentation that meets business standards.

Duties:

  • Develop technical documentation that meets business standards
  • Gain an understanding of products and translate complex information into simple, polished content
  • Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience
  • Develop and maintain a detailed database of reference materials
  • Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement
  • Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation

  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment
