Treasury Analyst

Goodman Masson is seeking a skilled Temporary Treasury Analyst to join their team in London. As a fast-growing, PE-backed property company, they require assistance in a varied and interesting role during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in daily cash management, including liquidity reporting, cash flow forecasting, and bank account administration.
- Monitor and manage the company's cash position and optimize cash flow across various accounts.
- Support treasury operations, including payments, settlements, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain cash flow models to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Assist with loan covenant reporting and debt management, ensuring compliance with loan agreements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, and Investment teams) and external partners (banks and financial institutions).
- Provide support during month-end and year-end closing processes related to treasury activities.
- Maintain and update treasury records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Previous experience in a Treasury Analyst or similar role within a property or private equity-backed business is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, and debt management.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
