Key Account Manager, Retail

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our commercial team based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive the growth and development of one of our leading trading partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate and manage annual JBP processes and promotional planning
- Build strong, strategic customer relationships
- Deliver key financial targets set by portfolio
- Manage monthly S&OP processes for portfolio
- Lead annual tender negotiations and price management directives
- Develop and deliver an own label and branded NPD pipeline
- Mentor and develop the skills and commercial acumen of the Sales Representative within the team
To succeed in this role, you will be a results-driven individual with 3-5 years of experience in FMCG. You will be responsible for a broad level of business contact with an objective of bringing Arla Foods Co-operative equity to life within the customer for mutual gain. You will be highly organized with excellent numerical ability and strong communication skills, with a passionate can-do attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
