Functional Assessor

We are seeking experienced and skilled healthcare professionals to join our team as Hybrid Functional Assessors. As a Hybrid Functional Assessor, you will play a vital role in evaluating the health conditions of claimants and providing recommendations to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of claimants' health conditions in person and remotely.
- Review and analyze medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities.
- Compile detailed reports for the DWP, providing recommendations based on thorough assessments.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in a clinical field.
- Active registration with the NMC or HCPC, with at least 1 year of current work experience in the clinical field.
- Strong communication, proficient typing, and excellent IT skills are essential.
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 5-week training program, covering assessment techniques, DWP guidelines, and report writing. This program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
