We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Technical Program Lead. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership qualities, a deep understanding of software development principles, and the ability to drive projects forward with precision and focus.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of technical programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A strong background in software development, preferably with experience in C# and .NET
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including life insurance, private healthcare cover, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Location
This role is based in Hereford, although some flexibility may be required to attend meetings and conferences in other locations.
